Acid Reflux - Part 1 - Introduction

Acid reflux occurs when one of two closures or "sphincters" in the esophagus does not remain sealed after food and / or liquid passes through them in a way that one želudac.Dvije sphincters are located at each end of the esophagus. the first is at the top, just behind the larynx and ždrijela.Drugi at the bottom, just above the stomach.

There are two forms of acid reflux - gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and Laryngopharyngeal Reflux (LPR). Definitions:

bronchi - large pipe between the trachea and lung
